Retreats & Intensives
Our IR Intensives are intense―also highly individualized and personal. You will work in a very small group and receive tons of individual attention and support. IR Intensives are appropriate if you have 2 days of sobriety, or 8 months―and if you're suffering involves drugs, depression, or PTSD. You study the AQAL™ map, apply it to your individual life and learn to practice a lifelong Integral Recovery Practice that will keep you sober, healthy, happy, and growing into the most beautiful version of your own unique self.
